La Sfoglia was built on one non-negotiable: every batch of pasta must be made from scratch, in our kitchen, every single morning. Six doughs. Two chefs. A dedicated production space. Guests watch it happen through the open kitchen window — the weighing, the mixing, the rolling, the cutting.
We believe that fresh pasta at an honest price should be accessible to everyone. Starting from £5.80, our menu covers classics and signatures across four distinct sections — from egg pasta to filled shapes, extruded shapes to our coloured signature range.

Made In-House Daily
Our Chef di Cucina arrives at 6 AM. By the time we open, every dough has been weighed, mixed, rested and rolled. Never from a packet. Never from yesterday.
All doughs produced in a dedicated area. Cross-contamination protocols enforced. Allergen info updated daily at point of order.
The Kitchen
Our kitchen runs on two specialist roles — production and service. Craft at every station, from 6 AM to close.
Chef di Cucina
In the kitchen before sunrise. Leads all six doughs.
Chef di Pasta
Leads live service. Creates the Pasta del Giorno.

Allergen Transparency
We take allergens seriously. All 14 mandatory EU allergens are declared on every item on our menu — in-venue, online and on the app. Natasha's Law compliant.
Please inform your server of any dietary requirements before ordering. Allergen information is verified per batch and supplier. Our team is trained to handle allergen queries at every point of service. For severe allergies, please speak to the Chef di Cucina directly.
Pasta Masterclasses
Weekend classes led by our Chef di Cucina. Small groups, hands-on, apron included. You'll leave with pasta you made yourself and recipes to take home.
